Salt scrubs are fine when it has olive oil in the mix this prevents drying out and it being scratchy. I use this mixture and have never had those problems. This can be used for all skin types. And being an exfoliate it is supposed to be slightly rough. That is the whole point to remove dirt and dry dead skin.

Salt can tear your skin! Never use salt as an exfoliant.

is this 4 ur body?

@shsppg salt scrub dries your skin, so use it if you have oily ski. If you have normal/dry, use sugar scrub
@shsppg
I think you should not use salt for an exfoliate with any type of skin. It's too "rough" on the skin. I really reccomend sugar, olive oil & honey. It's especially good for winter with dry skin. The honey gets ride of redness. If you have oily skin/combination I still reccomend this.

Could you post a video that compares salt scrubs versus sugar scrubs that doesn't contain information you've make up off the top of your head? Just sayin.
