    lol i think you have never hade a workout in your life if you cant deadlift 135 pounds you must be realy weak,it will cost no energy and adding 45 pound plates to a barbell is heavy ?

    even my little brother who is 12 years old can do that.

    instead of sending me stupid mesages you can go the the gym and workout,get stronger.

  • @OlracNamlah no its not simple dumbass, obviously u don't workout... u would no that its more time consuming and u use more energy deadlifting the bar up and using ur back when u really wanna use that energy to preform the curls. and its not that easy to put 45 plates on the olympic bar when its on the floor, and take it off when ur done. but i bet ur super strong and can do it no problem right? and why would u want to waist the time?

    2-put weight on the bar

    3-deadlift it up

    4-perform curls

    5-deadlift it down

    Simple right?
