This is the advice I've been waiting for since forever.....my hats off to you Tony Robbins. Thank You

Suggestion: Go to the store and buy a blank notebook. Commit yourself to never writing ANYTHING in this notebook except things related to setting and revising your goals. Now, watch this video, pause frequently and do everything that he says. Commit yourself to reading and writing in this notebook at least once a week. Write the date, perhaps on the last page, each time you open it up.

@LutherRayable probably sound mad haha but understand how you feel and keep thinking like that. You write more than me on computers:).Didnt want to butt in when you're talking to other guy, just thought you wrote some good comments and i keep trying to be positive even though i can be cyncial.I wish you all the best

@LutherRayable I also get anxious and get the black dog sometimes, have days were im up and down 'ile most people.I listened to tony robbbins tapes ten years agos and then didnt listen anymore even though hes an amazing man.I didnt go for a run for awhile,& was having a bad day few days ago,it was pouring down with rain and just wanted to run but didnt.I had a good day next day,but know i have to keep fighting on & tell myself to get off my arse and do something with my life

@LutherRayable What a nice message you wrote to that guy,i can tell that you're a giving and honest man.Didnt want to butt in when you're talking to the other guy.I would always have this need, were i would want to gamble some money,to pays bills and just wanting to escape and forget my troubles. So i understand when you talk about needing something to make you feel better ,not as bad as what you were going through.

@SuperGrimupnorth And don't even think of going into justifying why it's ok for you to do this.Im a recovered heroin addict who threw nearly everything that was good in my life away over drugs. My Problem. But i did turn it around.I now live and reach for growth and good positive things in life with the same zeal i searched out drugs and the excuses to abuse them. And believe me friend,i used to be able to cop heroin when i couldnt pay the bills. You can do this.if you think you cant-THEN YOU MUST!!
-
@SuperGrimupnorth If i might also add-The power of positive thinking is not to be underestimated. The same is true of negative thinking and its ability to almost unconciously hold you back from the simplest things.Take your choice of "SuperGrimupnorth"-That says alot to me about where your thinking is.Every time you catch yourself using "stinking thinking"make a conscious effort to correct it into postive statements.Keep repeating positive things to yourself. And lose the neg.Name-You're a winner!

@SuperGrimupnorth Search fearlessly for what inspres you. What in life are others doing that reachs into to you and lights you up?Who are your heroes?I struggled with this a bit.i had to start small but once i got going it didn't take long to get into BIG ideas and more lofty goals. It's like boxing...If you make goals too small that you know you can attain whats the point?Choose something out of reach......But not on MARS(just yet) 8D
Know what i mean?

@MrAntiFarLeft Plenty of poor people achieve their goals; it doesn't take ANY money to make a plan or write down goals. Tony's book and hundreds like them are free in the library.....Stop making excuses for why YOU choose not to plan for success.
Thumbs up if you like Tony Robbins!!!

Why don't they teach this in school? No wonder the masses are asleep.
