If you thought things were getting better, prepare for tougher times ahead as the worst is yet to come. Barely four days after the price control bill was signed into law by president Mwai Kibaki, the ministry of agriculture has warned consumers to brace themselves for higher sugar prices setting the stage for what could be the first test for Kenya's newest law, and piling even more pressure on already overburdened consumers. Wanjiru Gaitho has that report.
What are useless p/s instead of telling us what you are doing to fix the issue, you tell us to brace ourselves? NKT

The global average price for sugar is shs.60 per kg and not a cent more. The government, the producers and the middlemen are taking kenyans for a ride. Solution? boycott that shit and let them suffer.
