Absolutely, they should investigate. However I am afraid that it is too late to hold Bush accountable. He can't be impeached and he certainly won't go to prison along with Dick , Rumsfeld for atrocities they have done.

why do we think government can only do one thing at a time? just because cable news only does one thing at a time? i agree, appoint special prosecutors and dont bother congress about it.
its not about revenge or pettiness, its about the rule of law. if we allow bush's precedent to stand, what protects us from a repeat?
i love how were all waiting for obama to hand us the constitution back. the government should be stronger than one man. investigate. do your damn job.
