@Ufazz28 nope. they didn't forget God, the church rejected them because people might start believing their reasons instead of those explained in the church. In the old days, the church controlled almost everything with their power and actually was the villain. The church finally became 'good' after Martin Luther questioned their ways. PS.God was never bad.
