No. I'm very happy with my Kindle 2. Finishing up my 11th book on it. The K2 is very compact, and while the DX is a bigger screen (1) I don't really need it (as the K2 is the screen size of a paperback - which I'm cool with) and (2) the DX is just a larger device to carry. The DX looks great though! If I was buying today, I'd take a long look at it, but I love my K2.

Once again.. I totally agree... Amazon needs to exploit the whispernet feature more. I really debated between that Kindle and the Sony. I bought the Kindle because of the internet. I don't need to sync it with my computer. Also, if you buy the Sony at Borders you can't return it unless it's broken. At Amazon you can buy it and use it for 30 days and return it if you don't like it. Risk free!

I saw that thing on amazon!...but i hardly read,because theres nothing i can find intresting enough to read lol...so you can go on the internet and stuff on it like websites??

Yes, the internet is basic, but works well for bringing down text and basic images from the cloud. Just takes a little getting used to for navigation.
