  • @quinnstaugler It's the combination of broccoli and spinach. Of course spinach and brocolli are 3 of the most nutritious vegetables you can eat. MMA fighters are always seen eating broccoli

    However, 80% of kidney stones is from calcium oxalate. spinach is a large contributor to iron oxalates, and calcium from broccoli is known to inhibit iron uptake. so u lose iron absorption and gain oxalate ions. since calcium is regular in everyone's diet -> calcium oxalates.
