Hey John, How can I change the size, height specifically of a module.

This is why I love youtube. Thanks @Hypertransitory for this tutorial.

Thank you -- this has been a great, I didn't realize how easy it would be to just add a module to the template. None of the other tutorials that I've watched have shown the modification/ maintenance side of Joomla . They all seem to be catering to just installing the template and custom plugins, modules, etc. Keep 'em coming Thanks again.

Hello, great video, so clear. One question, but long question, you explained about the center of the home page being the "component", I have large green areas on either side of my main component. I have a purchased template, can I utilize the left and right spaces on either side of my main component to place new positions? If so, how do I do it, look for the "left" user position and place a new, named user position to the left of it? Thanks already. Lois -

@laketillerynews Hi Lois, I answered your email so check that out. Short answer: It doesn't look like your template has positions available for those areas but with some elbow grease you can make some.

@xXxSinthoxXx Sorry about the lateness of my reply, it's just the default Joomla "Rhuk Milkyway" template.

Great video, but I got lost somewhere with the codes thing. I want to create a rotating image of a size different than the banner size so that it appears right about all my articles.
How can I do that?
Thanks again

@molaken Hey there. so you want it above your articles? or to the right of your articles?
If you just want an image showing above your article it sounds like what you need is the random image module where you can assign a specific width and height to the image right in the module. if it's smaller than the banner area it should be fine, if it's bigger you might have to adjust some css.
message me on here if you want to give me more details
