i got the same problem , i upgraded my acer aspire 2930 Vista Premium notebook to windows 7 ultimate , i have this battery problem , it says please consider replacing battery , my computer might shut down suddenly , but ive been running this windows 7 for 2months now and its never shut down suddenly ,
