These are some of the most popular Hindi "Sad Songs" of Indian Cinema, produced between 1949 and 1983. Apparently, there are so many but due to copyright issues, I had to skip many of them!
Please note that I have selected these songs as "Sad" considering ONLY the melody and not the lyrics since I do not know Hindi or Urdu languages.
Almost all the songs are very popular in my country, Sri Lanka too.
Thank you.
Yuan.

Song No. 1 - Mukesh - Kai Baar Yuheen Dekha Hai - Rajnigandha [1974]
