How do you all have that "add" bar in the coding!?!? i have 3 different FF's and all of them dont have a coding help! How do i get this?! where do i get this bether fighting factory?!

I followed the tutorial for setting up a special move but it is not working the character will not execute the action. I tried setting up different key inputs such as forward forward x and down left x still no go.
