Alvis Leonides at Weston Park!

Once a year, the Earl of Bradford allows his huge estate, Weston Park in Shropshire England, to be the venue of the Festival of Transport. This is an incredible event featuring cars, motorbikes, trucks, tractors, steam engines and military vehicles from all ages and useage. The Earl of Bradford is a bit of a petrol head himself as he used to race Jaguars in saloon car racing.
A good friend of mine had been invited to display his ground running radial aircraft engine at this event. This huge motor is a 12 litre, 9 cylinder, 550 BHP monster which thrills the crowds with an awesome spectacle of motion and noise.
