jonathan brandis star wars part 2

make sure to watch part 1..jonathan brandis last 2 scenes he ever filmed mirror the 2 scenes from star wars..his 2nd last scene is when the girl comforts him ..it is simliar to when anakin is complaining about obi wan to padme..and the last scene is when he confronts his dad which is similar to anakin confronting obi wan who he thinks is preventing him from becoming the most powerful ....
so not only are these the only 2 scenes in the history of tv and movies that are nearly the same out of all the actors in the world these 2 are the most simlar actors ..hayden christensen always plays vulnerable types like in higher ground while jonathan did too like in sidekicks and never ending story 2. they act in similar roles, look the same, tried out for the same part..
open up part 1 and part 2 side by side and youll see what im talking about. the timing, the facial expressions the way there is a girl sitting as they both sit there takling about problems and the problem being the dad/obi wan mirror eachother. he even mentions jedi before the 2 similar scenes to his sister..all i did was use the 2 scenes played in full i didnt cut the scenes or move things around and put the audio from 2 star wars scenes with it. they are talking about similar things ...........i even left in a bit of audio at the 2:07 part of both vids to show how theyre so similar. . makes you wonder did not getting that role play a part..

Brandis chose to take his own life, sadly...However what you say makes a lot of sense. Being cast in SW would have completely turned things around for Brandis. What's more he certainly would have been better as Anakin. Everyone I know can't stand Christensen. He really cheapened the prequels even more than the scripts and CGI. Also, Brandis would have looked more like he could have fathered Luke especially.

Yeah that is Hayden Christensen but I remember hearing that Jonathan Brandis did audition for this role.

Wow. During part one I thought this was just some crazy dude's theory. But, lo and behold, perfect evidence for why Jonathan should have been Anakin. It's such a shame he's gone. Jon was one of those great actors that gets horribly typecast and just can't cope.

Okay, so now that I've seen both parts, tropicaldreams, I see exactly what you mean. It's very weird. And that picture of Anakin right after the scene...holy mother, it looks just like young Jonathan. And I agree that he is almost identical character-wise to Hayden.

finally a good response about what im talking about;) things would have been completely different if hed been in them movies they where the perfect roles for him..oh well one can only wonder what might have been.
