@stanthegoldenham I always tell my students and others to get a pair of earbuds and really listen to the first two T-Bird records. Listen to how the guitar just fits with everything and on so many levels. When they get it...they are blown away. Unfortunately, most guitarists have no concept of time, composition, or musical relevancy. I wont say Jimmie was in the aggregate better than Stevie, however, I will say they each had their immense strengths. Thanks for posting. :)

Love you Jimmie! Hey doubters, he's phrasing like that on purpose. That's why he's so focused. I don't hear anyone get inside the rhythm like him. He waits for the right moment. It's too pure and simple to hear for a lot of people. That's OK, go listen to SRV, etc. We love Jimmie just like this.

Thank you randy8297, i have seen this video now several times and it's keep getting better. Do you have more from this concert? I'm a big fan of Ronnie Earl also. I hope he is coming to Holland soon.
