yes this is old news but the fact is this sort of electoral vote rigging does not happen in places like Canada and Australia because unlike the US where the parties draw up the boundaries a non-partisan organisation does it indeed in the state of South Australia the law requires all seats which were won by more than a certain percentage to be redrawn in order to keep them all marginal.

Redistricting is old news and both parties do it. Just like whoever is president when a SC justice retires, he just to try and appoint one that shares his ideology. Both parties do it. I'm not saying it's right, it's just the way it is.
