1. Many of the same members of the press show up to these press events, allowing the President to learn their names.
2. Seating charts make it easy to know who is who. Notice he looks down at the podium and points immediately before he asks Peter the question.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like he is blind. At the most, maybe he is a little visually impaired but I doubt blind. He definitely knew where to look and how to grab the mic. Also, I didn't see the clip before this point. How did he know his name was Peter? Hmmmm...

Nope, there's braille typewriters which use a chording keyboard to input. Also braille-PDAs with that same sort of chording keyboard and a braille tactile output "display".

@OldWriter205 and bush did think? he took the biggest surplus this country has seen in almost 50 years and ran into the ground, thats thinking for you. Also its sooo funny how the republicans call the cost of the new healthcare outrageous for being 1 trillion, when an unnecessary war that bush started for no reason is the source of over half the national debt. But Obama can't think.... HA!
