Tempo is perfectly fine. Infact, it's dreary at slower speeds as it's in the key of C.

  • das ist Fantastic Präludium und Fuge

  • @ccoraxfan I really don't know... But I'll ask to my teacher and maybe I will be able to tell you more! ;)

  • @PrincipediLiverpool Some have said it was Krebs, who was a student of Bach, but I've yet to hear any evidence presented. If they have evidence I'd like to see it, so it can be properly attributed.

(Your English is flawless, except that "said" should be "told". Your English is much better than my Italian, which is non-existent!)

  • @ccoraxfan My teacher (who is a famous Italian organist) said me that this wasn't from bach but from one of his "students".. I don't remember the name. (Excuse me for my bad english) .

  • @Cielepa I've not yet heard anyone producing any real evidence of that.

  • @ccoraxfan Some historician said that those preludes are composed by J.T. Krebs :)

  • @PrincipediLiverpool How do you know it isn't Bach? And if it's not Bach, then who is it?

  • wigs

  • This is one of my favourite pieces for organ, but isn't of Bach :)

  • @Lopear27 yes
