Zeppelin is the only band that could pull off a show like this! There would not be a Rush if it were not for Led Zeppelin. Rush will never touch Zeppelin. But don't get me wrong. I really like old Rush. Also Neil Piert will never have as good as groove John Bonham. Also he will never have as good as drum sound as John Bonham. Zeppelin paved the way for bands like Rush. There will not be another band with that kind of chemistry of Led Zeppelin.

@ everyone....If you place Rush over Zeppelin your just not taking all aspects of music into account. Rush has some amazing guitar, and well thats it. Every single member of Led Zeppelin was a prodigy at what they did, they all made huge contributions to their music, it wasnt just J.Page rocking out, it was everyone. And as far as the Stones go, well I really, really, really love the Stones, but they just werent as rounded or talented as Zeppelin,

@rush8443 There is no way I would place the Stones above Zeppelin, never. Stones wrote some great tunes but nothing like Zeppelin. What has Geddy Lee or Brinda Jagger ever done to compare to Kashmir or Stairway? Keith wishes he could play like Jimmy, he is so limited as a guitarist, so limited. What have either of these bands done to match the guitar masterpieces of Zeppelin's Tea For One or Achilles Last Stand? The Beatles changed Music and I wish I had a $1 for every band that modeled Led Zep.

HA. As a guitar player for many years and I grew up with this band, Rush, are you kidding. Geddy used to make your ears bleed, the worst singer ever, everyone held their breath for the guitar work. A great band but Zeppelin, Page/Plant in their prime, nobody writes or plays at this caliber of musical genius Alex is a great player but you cannot compare bands like that. Zeppelin were the Gods of mountain, there will never be anything like them again. Pagey's guitar pieces are astounding works.
