Fourth Of July 2010 Fireworks In 720P HD At Rancho Santa Susana Park - Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2

I shot this at Rancho Santa Susana Park in Simi Valley California. I used my Panasonic DMC-TS2 on a tripod. This was the Grand Finale.

I also shot numerous stills with the camera in the fireworks scene mode.

Great quality video. Really sharp. I took a video of the same fireworks at the park, but didnt get anywhere as sharp quality as this. Real nice.

@TheAlWendal Thank you. I will look at your video and comment on it there. I shot this with my camera at full wide angle. This allows for the maximum possible aperture which allows more light to pass through the lens. This might have helped my camera to achieve focus. I have used other point & shoot cameras that were never able to achieve focus lock in low light. My TS2 has a pretty fast and accurate autofocus system for a point & shoot. I am pretty pleased with it so far.

Nice video! I watched this from my third-floor apartment window last night. The sound is almost as exciting as the fireworks themselves. Beautiful.
