Don't think I filmed a harvest video. I do have a few episodes showing them growing, and the last kakai video I did I show a pumpkin that was harvested from the trellis.

I ordered some seeds recently, but what I really want to know is...ARE THE PUMPKINS THEMSELVES EDIBLE? I can't seem to find any information as to the flesh of the pumpkin itself except that one reference says it's 'stringy.' You're the man to ask. :) Thank you.

Oops - never mind, John - I did some searching, and I found it! Wow, those seeds look so yummy! I'm definitely adding kakai pumpkins to my list of things to grow - I can't wait! I always get so hungry when I watch your videos, but unfortunately, I don't have all the yummy options you do LOL.
