@TheEPROM9 True, maybe not a P3, but remember G4 was surpassed by Intel in 2007, I am talking about processor not Motherboards, Intel Motherboards beat these in 2004, but processors. So these are still capable machines. But I don't think we'll be alive for when Intel surpassed G7s.
G7s have:
256 cores
16 GB DDR3 per core
4.25Ghz
motherboards usually have 1/2/4 processor slots. But these are out this world expensive, but if IBM wants they can revive G5s by updating Motherboards.

A P4 and even a P3 can still preform a users needs even today.

@dalynthesk8r What are you talking about. G4s are still the bomb, just no Intel software. But most companies still have PPC versions. Trust me.

@Technifyd At least get a core 2 duo computer. g4's cant do much anymore. especially since they arent even intel processors.
