Just a quick , not fab quality video, on the accommodation we have for our two lovely much loved rabbits...I get angry at people who put rabbits in 3-4-5 ft hutchs with NO RUN attached!!!!....Even worse those who only have one rabbit, with no other Rabbit companion, these are social creatures, they HATE being alone, love to have 24 hr a day company, without it can even get depressed !!! So would you if you were shuved in a 2x 4 meter cell with no exercises yard as if you were in solitary confinement with only the Gaoler to talk to as and when you saw him/her when they brought the food!..people who get rabbits and then get cross because of the VET bills...get insurance or give the pet to RSPCA for re homing!!! RSPCA will NOT let anyone have a single rabbit, you either have to have a suitable mate or you have to take two, they will arrange a home visit to make sure...1. it's not just fro the KIDS to lose interest over, 2.you have no other pets that would scare the hell out of it, 3. have a min 6foot hutch (with atch or under run) I'm crap at DIY but managed to cobble this lot together....the FLY net on runs and hutches is vital as if flies lay eggs, and the rabbit picks it up via the poo, when the eggs hatch the maggots eat the bunny alive burrowing into their skin, not a nice way to go is it? use the net and apply "REAR GUARD" (avail at your vet, yes it's not cheap, but cheaper morally and cheaper than the £100 Vet bill after you find the maggots.

Yep, I maybe a large shaven head strapping bloke, but I'm never afraid to admit i LOVE our bunnies to bits!!! Bunnies are nicer than most people I know !!!! I think ANY hutch UNDER 6ft should be illegal!

What a wonderful environment you have for your rabbits - puts most of us to shame. I have 2 tear hutch which is nice but the rabbit prefers to be in the home as when we found it (in the city of London) it clearly was more at home jumping on the furniture and doesn't eat grass at all. So it spends time in and outside but your rabbits have the perfect life it's clear.
