Parachute Rocket Flare at Night

When these emergency rocket flares reach their expiration date they make their way into the pyrotechnic market. Just a word of caution do not shoot these anywhere near a body of water because it may trigger an emergency response. In this video I am shooting these at a fireworks club event.
