http://www.lydel.co.uk. Drain containers after triple rinsing and comply. Since May 2007 Environment Agency guidelines state that all pesticide containers must be recycled. Recycling companies require all containers and cans to be drained otherwise these will be sent back. Farmers are traceable for waste - so don't get get caught out! Penalties are severe. The Portable Drainage Module (PDM) from Lydel was designed by a farmer in the Cotswolds to solve this problem, and won a LAMMA Certificate of Merit. The product is convenient, rugged and doubles as a bund under the induction hopper. Washings can be readily poured back into the sprayer.
