Lost Odyssey- Professor K no luck based, rose quarzt does it

WATCH IN HIGH QUALITY
(I don´t know why but uploaded standard quality is so horrible )

This strategy works always but needs rose quarzt and an acelerator. There is no luck factor here. For rose quarzt, best place to get it is in floor 23 where Supreme X spawning odds are higher. For acelerator, floor 19.

1. Put Sed alone in front row.
2. Equip him with an acelerator, lv.8 white/black magic and HP boost accesory.
3. Equip Rose quarzt skill in 4 inmortals ( unequip any Reduce Time Cast on them ).

Battle:

First turn:
Doublecast divide with all inmortal and Sed. (Reverse with low HP works too but not really necessary, less risk and time consumption.

Second turn: (Here comes the tricky turn, turn timing is a must here)
-Equip elemental absorb accesory on Sed, or null in any case.
-Cast any LOW elemental spell with Sed.
-Cast ONE divide with Kaim and Seth ( each one ).
-DOUBLE cast any high elemental spell with Sarah and Ming ( each one ). DOUBLE cast is just for turn timing, NOT to wipe out reflect. In any case, they will only cast one each while reflecting.

Sed, Ming and Sarah will cast first, CONSUMING completely Killalon´s reflect. If kaim and Seth doublecast divide here, they would cast first, thats what we wanted to prevent ).

Third turn:
-Equip acelerator on Sez again and cast divide.
-All other characters doublecast divide till killalon die.

1- Posiciona a Sed solo en frente.
2- Equípalo con un acelerador (lanzamiento ágil 3), magia blanquinegra nv.8 y un tercer accesorio que aumente los PV máximos.
3- Equipa la habilidad de cuarzo rosa en cada inmortal (desequipa lanzamiento ágil 1 y 2).

Batalla:

Primer turno;
Lanza doble dividir con los inmortales y uno con Sed.

Segundo turno; (la secuencia de turnos es clave aquí)
-Equipa a Sed con un accesorio que absorba o anule los elementos en lugar del acelerador.
-Lanza con Sed cualquier magia elemental baja (que no sea + o ++).
-Lanza un SOLO dividir con kaim y Sez(ambos).
-Lanza doble elemental++ con Sarah y Ming(ambas), en la práctica solo se refleja una vez pero el doble lanzamiento es para asegurar que lo lancen después del reflejo del Prof K y no antes.
Las magias elementales consumirán el reflejo y los dos dividir siguientes de Kaim y Sez no rebotarán.
Tercer turno;
-Equipa acelerador otra vez en Sed
-Lanza doble divirir con los inmortales y uno con Sed al igual que en el primer turno hasta que muera.

And without those items you just can't beat him.

@kvj1989 I can barely remember but I´m pretty sure u can leave the place and save. In fact, i remember learning rose quarzt´s skill with all inmortals outside the dungeon before fighting professor K.

@kvj1989 Excellent strategy to kill Killalon. After having spent a lot of hours during four days, fighting enemies in the dungeon to obtain the special items, like rose quartz and accelerator, I am going to face Killalon. But before this, I want to learn with all the immortals the ability of Rose Quartz: ValkyriePROfile83, I have a question: which is the best place to obtain PH quickily? (999 PH is a LOT... O_O) Thanks!

I didn't need 1 turn cast with all characters for this fight. Reduce casting time 3 was enough to double divide in one turn.

I had a similar problem, but i remembered in ff8 theres was a fiend that would not drop energy crystals if you had mug equipped.so i removed mug and just had machine killer equipped on everyone just in case, and eventually i got an accelerator and a rose crystal, went straight back upstairs and saved in the white boa. Now im wasting an entire day learning the rose crystal. Not even sure if this is real advice but it worked for me coincidence or not.
