The "24th Avenue Landing" is a public use pier in the neighborhood of Ballard in Seattle Washington, USA.
Info for boaters: The landing is open to boats less than 40 ft long, and is not open for mooring 2AM to 5AM. Depth along the pier is 15 to 20 ft. Some of the best marine supply stores in the Pacific Northwest are within walking distance. The historically Scandinavian neighborhood has plenty of good food and beer. Hatties Hat pub and grill is within walking distance. A laundromat is on 24th Avenue.
For non-boaters, this is pleasant place to view boats and the working-class waters of Ballard.
The Alaska fishing fleet are often moored in this area when on downtime from fishing. The pier is
near the intersection of 24th Avenue and Market Street. It is sort of hidden.
