  • Please please make a vlog on how to make a makeshift cup holder for the car and a make shift camera hander/holder, So army brat which country was you born in, my first car was one year old when i got it the day after i passed driving test this way I did not pay VAT at the showroom, now I like old cars more so they dont break down as much as new ones, PS< love your cursing hehehe

  • I was thinking of making my own velcro-pad with a #20 screw. I haven't yet decided, lol. I kind of like being able to move the camera in an instant. I was born in Wales. If you have time to watch some of my older vlogs, I think I did one called "Where are you from".... I love my old car ;o)

  • drive. I vowed never to be like her. Helpless. Relying on others' kindness. Bullshit.

When I finally could afford a new car all of my own and not a new used or even an outright purchase (had one of the former, two of the latter) I was about the happiest person on earth and felt like I'd finally "grown up." ;)

  • When we were kids, public transit was how we got everywhere, In the UK, that was the norm then. Mum never needed to drive. She never asked for help and never complained about having to do everything the hard way. Feeling 'grown up' is something I experienced when purchasing a home. I still cannot believe it. That is something my parents never had either. It's all very odd to me.

  • I totally get your reasons for owning old cars. I used to be that way when I was younger and could deal with the issues that owning an old car came with. I could rely on friends to pick me up when that fucker died on me on the other side of the island. Now I prefer not to have to bother them. Plus, I am old and I deserve a new car. Five years of $400 monthly payments got me a great car and I've finished paying for a year. I grew up dirt ass poor too. Walked everywhere because mother didn't

  • I can relate to this opinion. Perhaps I haven't acquired an appreciation for new cars yet because we never had one. Old cars and new bothe have their perks and downfall. Age Old? LMAO! Is that what you call it when you are no longer in your 20's? You need to tell me what I am in for, b/c that time is right around the corner for me. ;o) On walking.. sometimes I miss it, lol.

  • I would get those doors repaired as I'm no acrobat... Yes, used cars are the way to go, but SOMEONE has to buy new ones so that they can become second-hand... Of the seventeen cars that I have owned, only one of them was new...

  • I had a BMW 5 series (second hand) .. never again... a lovely car but people's attitude changed when they saw me driving it. I lost a lot of business because of that damn car.. old bangers are wonderful :)

  • "I was talking about my Shed........*Sarah stares into the distance*...." sounds of frogs and crickets....

    lol

  • I bought a new one last year ... when it is new then you pay less tax, insurance and by the warranty a lot of costs are covered for at least 2 years. However, I still have to pay approx. 5 years for it.

Since we have that economic crisis I regret it as last year I didn't expect I have to work for only 66 % in this year. But well, my previous car would be even more expensive now ... but thinking back about my old Mazda 323 I had in my twenties ... then I remember how good an old car was.

  • How does Mr. Chlarachk ge to work? We both drive old cars too. But they get us there and we don't have payments on them. Some people have fantastic cars but live in a dirty dump of a house.

  • Yeah, after my 20s, I felt like "this is getting old" HAHAHAHA I just liked the idea of being able to get from point A to point B without worry that I was going to break down and/or even get to where I was going at any given time. You'll know when you get there ;)

Yeah, my parents never owned a home either. My sister got hers (she's married, double income) first, and I got mine (single, single income). So we felt like we'd made it.

  • Oh mama like a great wine
