Interesting--I haven't made this one yet, but I almost think it might be benefited from a little heavier pour on the tequila.
As for the jiggers, I personally don't care to see them when I'm at a bar, but they are great for when you're putting together a recipe so you can keep track of your exact proportions.

Glad you're back. Great episode; can't wait to make one. I forgot how great her shake technique is. It's also nice to see a professional using measuring cups. I am not good at the estimated pour method. Would a working bartender just rinse the measuring cup between drinks?

I think nobody drinks margaritas in Mexico well maybe some ones but definitely Palomas its the most popular tequila drink and after that one is the "Charro negro" (Black Charro) but maybe straight its the most popular way to drink tequila
