Nice set up you have there, looks like it goes very well. I get my 2008 25hp Mercury Sea Pro tomorrow and I'm putting it on my 14' deep hull Lund. Can't wait to see how she runs:) I'm hoping for 30-35mph.

Hi guys, look i just recently bought a 2002 Lowe sea nymph 165sc, which is 16.5ft long and has a 50 hp Yamaha 4 stroke, i was hoping for around 33 mph but the boat maxes out at 26 mph, can any of you tell me whats wrong????????????? By the Wat 2 people were on board.

Is this 26 mph on a GPS? I have a Sylvan Explorer 16ft. with a 40-4stroke. I can get 26 with 2 people. I had to find the right size prop. You might want to go up in pitch. I started with a 14" and have a 12 now. The 14 was getting me 30 but with 2 people it would not plane out. I now have great hole with 2 people but lost top end. If you have more than enough power with 2 at take off go up to the next size prop. If you have trim on motor try raising it some at full throttle.

Saw your video. Tohatsu makes a good motor. I bet you catch a lot of fish in your boat. Lunds last forever.

It would be a fast ride on a calm day.
