@NegativeNanase SRW games usually don't mess with a series' plot very much in its debut. If they keep including TTGL, they'll probably save Kamina in one game or another.

Though that throws a wrench in Simon's character development, so it'll be interesting to see how they handle that.

@poggg They will do the same thing they did with Gai. He will die, Simon will receive his character development, and when he comes back they will have an epic combination attack called Double Giga Drill Breaker.

He will probably stay dead, except he returns as a spirit once your team gets out of the dream sequence instead of just dissapear. Kinda like a ghost pilot. And he gets to pilot the Gurren while Viral gets his own Tengen Toppa Shark Robo.

Yeah, that makes more sense considering STTGL is mostly a giant glowing Kamina that steps on the Anti-Spiral.

Still, I like to imagine having lotsa kills with Kamina in 2-1 lets him live later in 2-2, they said old save secrets might happen. Simon's development stuff that required a lack of Kamina will have already happened, and all that stuff. The problem is that I dunno what they would do for him. Viral's got Gurren already. Maybe he'll get a cool original thingeh. Like Gai does for PoD.

They could make the TTGL and the DaiGurren the true playable units, maybe alongside Viral and Yoko. The ones that already have playable units, pretty much. Make the STTGL a combination attack between all of those units.
