  • what fucking shit

notice how its the CALCIUM, but they shove DAIRY down our throats

many vegetables, fruits, nuts and beans, contain MORE calcium than shitty, fatty, dairy foods. google it yourself and see.

if you want to take advantage of the finding of this study, just eat lots of vegetables, fruits and nuts and seeds. stay away from dairy, with its high levels of saturated fat.

how fucking dare they recommend dairy as a good source of calcium.

dairy industry is no doubt their sponsor

  • What kind of nutritionist are those? Calcium is obviously not only found in dairy products ... and also dairy products by nature are not low in fat .. people need to educate themselves about nutrition and maybe try going vegan instead of eating a bunch of animals for a living.

  • Helpful video! btw my friend applied this famous weight reduction plan known as: Impact 790 Diet and already lost 7 kgs within just a month. I can't remember the exact web site just Google it.

  • @mikesomething 100% agreed. I learnt that when I went vegan for a month. :-) Now, I'm vegan again. Cutting out meat is an amazing way to lose weight easily, it always contains more fat than you think too (sometimes loads), and it's harder to digest.

  • 9:06 9:15 looks legit like a crazy lady talking to herself at the bus station. haha

  • @mikesomething If they tested with dairy then that is actually relevant to report that. They now need to test with calcium to confirm it is the calcium not some other aspect of the dairy that causes the fat excretion. :)

  • @mikesomething Well...they did mention low-fat dairy...yogurt & low-fat milk should be fine no?

  • @BloodandthunderVII Then you should watch it again. They made it perfectly clear that it's about calories, not where they come from.

  • @znikacz the research that i've done for years stated that protein keeps you full longer, followed by whole wheat complex carbs. they pretty much hit the nail on the head. and calcium doesn't just come with dairy products so it would be dumb to suggest calcium instead of just dairy products if that was their intent.

  • @DaKurupt19 Using four words: media are useful idiots.
