No he does not have a disease, he was born with a brain issue, which effects him in many ways.

That was a beautiful video to watch young Jack walking and smile like that summed it up he is such a great kid thanks for reposting the link Nikki it made me realise my lifes challenges are nothing compared to the challenges Jack faces each day and he still smiles the little champ!
