Formula One pilots like Nico Rosberg are high-performance athletes. Nearly two hours in sweltering heat in the cockpit and g-forces like the ones in a fighter jet have to be stand while the drivers are concentrating deeply on the race. This can only be managed by consistent training. To give you an impression of such a fitness training and to show you what it's really about, Nico Rosberg, MERCEDES GP PETRONAS driver, will demonstrate you everything you need to know in a video clip.

  • britney rosberg. Most female looking driver ever.

  • @majidali19 no fucking way am i going to give up my dream of being a formula 1 driver

  • juggling on a bouncy ball....is that even necessary!!

  • @dks11000 Didn't know that Jenson had a brother...

  • i think his time to shine will come, just like Jason Button

  • @haggidubious In the 70s drivers partied their way through the season because there was a good chance they wouldn't survive to see retirement. Today it's safer (always a good thing) and more professional (a little bit of a sad thing). It would be great to have a James Hunt on the grid again.

  • @quasiphatpaul I was trying to put the physical effects into scale

  • @KevinCali24 Yea because all the other drivers then did the same. Schumi and Senna were the first to get into really worrying about their fitness, and it showed.

  • @TedMan55 Way to disagree with someone by agreeing with them perfectly.

  • @accordgtr im trying to be as respectful as possible, and i totally think that what you did was very difficult, but GT racing is NOTHING like F1 racing. F1 cars pull 5-6 G in the corners and braking, while GT cars only 1. One corner of an F1 course in an F1 car going at the max speed would cause you to lose conciousness.
