After doing some research,it seems that Namco Bandai will be making a new Dragonball Z Game for the 3DS.From what I have notice.I really can't figure whether it will be Dragonball game or Z.But so far as it stands this is true.There hasn't been no screen shots but below here is a set of links to websites about this game.

hey look up dbz on wikipedia it doesnt say anything about it but look on ign or gamespot there is no dragon ball z 3d only dragon ball it should b gt cuz pan n trunks r in it
