@happydragon5077 - the bow looks very much like clf. the intro right after looks like the beginning of jow ga's small hung fist. There's also a specific block, redirect, punch combo that appears in all Jow Ga forms (especially the foundation form - small tiger) and this form has it a couple times. Jow Ga also has a big tiger form (dai fook fu kuen). Also, being choy lay fut, I guess I expected more gwa-sow-charp. Do you know what branch of clf?

@choukichigaijin Hung Gar, Jow Gar and Choy Lay Fut look very similar. I've trained in all three styles. CLF the longest, HG second and just scratching the surface in JG. Hung Gar have alot of dynamic tension moves with very low stances, CLF relies more on circular speed and power and their stances are a bit higher. JG is in between of the two.
