@claycmi Deanna is going to be 89 Dec 4th. She lives in Paris ,will not do interviews but will answer fan mail. Watch her on You Tube when she was 13. 75 years later Jackie Evancho came. We see aDeanna Durbin only once every 3 or 4 generations. Deana simply put was the very best!

@musicallyspeakings88 Yes and such a pity that she retired at 27! What a waste of a marvellous talent but I'm sure she had her reasons, probably to do with the fact that Hollywood wanted her to do nothing but singing roles and she wanted to act.
