@Bellalodicci9 Thanks for that. I have just had a quick read of the first few pages and already i'm realising just how gargantuan the task of getting this country back on track is going to be. Why have we not taken up arms and blown these guys away ? Why no revolution ? Brown is going to be comfortably off for the rest of his life, on our money, for biblically fucking everything up, with our money. I'm giving up voting, it's just no use.

What a load of crap if the spending is lower than inflation or eual to inflation then there is no rise - notice Brown did not use the words "in real terms" which are the words he uses when refering to values taking inflation into account.
