Flip Video Camera

Mine is different. If you have vista or w/e i have, u plug it into the usb place... then something will pop up saying flip share. you download that, then reboot your computer. when you come back, everything will be ready to go, and in about 5 minutes on my first try, i added music, credits and a title to my video and watched it full screen on the computer. Hope this helps!!

Duh... get a USB cord. It's absurd to let the thing hang by the USB jack, like the idiot in the video did.

It was a bad design, i cant find USB cord.

All you have to do is go to a store that sells computer accessories and say the following, verbatim, "Hello, I would like a male to female usb cord."

Or you can simply order one on Amazon for about $10.

Just to be on the safe side... It might not be a bad idea to say ... A to A male to female USB 2.0 cord.

Take it back. I just got one and I assure you that it doesn't do that.

Thanks...yeah, we opted to take it back and are not having any problems w/ the current item. We also noticed that the seal was broken when we bought it (on the box) and are of the opinion that it was indeed a defective product that was re-sold. Stupid Best Buy. :) Thanks again.
