The announcer's comment, "Afghans are just the perfect canvases for showing off yarns" makes me think that this show was only about showing off the new yarns and not the designs. If you're trying to show off the yarn itself doing giant swatches makes sense.

I wasn't expecting better taste or style from Vanna White. But I guess I was expecting better designs and not just giant swatches. "basically a lot of tiny little afghans?" The other lady is a bit daft, and not a good announcer.

I'm sorry, but I would have expected better taste and style from Vanna White. This was very disappointing. Hopefully, they'll come up with much better.
