  • Hey Martin, do you guys do Sadiv sets for squats? Keep up the good work fellas!

  • @pkouret full article explaining them is coming out on tmuscle.com soon!

  • As stated on the video as well, the key is maximal velocity with the bar for maximal tension. If you try to do the weight for a straight 20 (Which in RIch's case with 408 would still be incredibly taxing), the bar speed and result would be different. This is about speed singles and form development.

  • Hi guys, how often should you be trying for max weight when using the Sadiv set? Thanks!

  • @TFWarriors1 just to clarify so during a Sadiv set for the deadlift, the 20 reps performed should be performed at maximal velocity. It's okay to rest 1.5 minutes between reps?

  • BePrime - The 60% x 20 in 12 minutes is a starting point. Once you accomplish that go for more reps or change resistence by either standing on a plate (100's) or pull against bands or both. Very good question.

  • Wow, this guy is incredible that much weight at his age! I want to be him when I even get close to his age! Nice video i will have to try this!

  • Question for Martin or Rich, you said 20 reps in 12 minutes with 60% of max? I know I misintepreted because 20 reps with 60% max is attainable in one set. Could you correct me on this? Thanks for the video amazing pulling.

  • @andrushek11 You'll get there eventually with hard work. I remember being proud of pulling 135, now I'm up to 235. Maybe one day I'll be putting up numbers like this!

  • That guy is my size and I can't even max 2 plates yet. WHAT A BEAST!
