Scout is a very experienced, surefooted trail horse. I am retired and ride 5 or 6 days a week in the Big South Fork, Tennessee. I have owned Scout for 2 1/2 years. He has a nice flat walk,running walk,rack and a super canter. He will go anywhere you point him. He has been taught to walk across creeks,ditches,trees all without leaping over.Scout is very surefooted, enough for the roughest trails. He is quiet and does not panic in tight situations. I have had him tangled in wire three times and he stood quietly for me to cut him loose. He will stand for mounting and hauls in any trailer. You will not find another horse his age with his experience. He rides in a hackamore. There is absolutely NO PACE in this horse. His canter is one of the best in a gaited horse that I have ever riden. He will pick up the canter in one stride. He has no scars or blemishes and his legs are staight and clean.. He is sound in every way. Scout is very affectinate and loves treats. Scout is ready for any rider and I am ready for a new challange.
