Hi there. What are your tips for men with manboobs? I am not that real obese but I am not as buff as you are. The problem with having these kind of white v-neck shirts is that my manboobs tend to show up a bit. any tip for it? thanks.

@carloborja Cut those boobs off mang! LOL. No but really, it's your body fat %, you might not be obese but your body fat % isn't good, probably like more than 20% body fat right? Try aiming for like 15%. Do this by lots of running and hydration, healthy eating of course as well.

Aaron, I've got a treat for you.. An actual woman's advice about your expensive t-shirt underarm stains..

1.Take some Vanish Oxy Action or a store brand equivalent or any kind of stain remover with active oxygen in it. Make sure you take the right one as they may be different for colored and white fabrics.

2. Dissolve some in boiling hot water and put the stained part of your shirt in there for a while >15 min

3. Take it out, wash as usual. DONE! Hope this helps you, too now!
