  • Daniel Johns is so androgynous that he makes lesbians question their sexuality.

  • This band is literally my life.

  • melhor álbum do Silverchair, essa música eh foda :D

  • @AngstandApathy sorry but i think you mean theyre figuratively your life

  • Kiwi music doesn't compare

  • Frogstomp was mostly stuff Johns seen on TV that he wrote about. Freakshow was his start into depression. Neon Ballroom was dark, depressive, beautifully written, and dealt in some songs with depression and Anorexia. Diorama was the start of his "Artist" era. Young Modern was artistic, however, heavily Paul Mac influenced. People cannot stay angry 15 year olds forever, people grow and mature.

Liked the first two as a teen, love Neon Ballroom, crazy about Diorama. YM, eh, so so.

  • FODA

  • didn't know they put adam lambert in this video. haha. no they wouldn't! great song. i like heavier s/chair but DJ said it best about diorama and young modern. d/rama forced the listener to listen, while with young modern, listening to it was optional.

  • @Portugasmic yeah its so sad, happens with so many bands after they get comfortable and lose their angst.....goddam it STAY ANGRY PEOPLE!!!!!

  • @125basketcase This isnt even grunge.

Plus look at songs from the same album like One Way Mule and The Lever....theyd be the grunge songs, if anything

  • @Portugasmic they grew up. you can't tell me that as a 25 year old, you're going to LOVE the music you did at 15 and that only. i have a style of music i'll always have a love for, and will always go back to, but i have embraced different music that i NEVER thought i would enjoy. people change, its not about going "mainstream" or whatever, its just musical evolution. i listen to rockabilly still, have all my life, but at the same time, i grew to love metalcore, punk, and grunge etc

  • @125basketcase hardly a grunge song let alone their *last*.. This was the start of the SC beaut music
