  • I liked your video. Question, do you have to cut your hair if you wish to transition from relaxed to natural and if not, how do you control breakage?

  • if you have split ends I would recommend cutting them because that can go iup the hair shaft. other than that you have to baby your ends if you deside not to cut them. So you will be moiturizing the protecting them at all cost

  • Nice vid and the picture quality is excellent. I think it should be noted that the TYPE of relaxer used is important: Sodium based vs Calcium based relaxer. Calcium hydroxide is the base of box relaxers sold in stores. They tend to eventually leave a coating on the hair, making it dull, dry and lifeless unlike sodium hydroxide relaxers.

  • awesome thanks for the info, I obviously don't know that much about relaxers in detail but dually noted. thanks so much for the response

  • Please continue to post. You are my hairpiration. I love your hair, probably because it is the same texture as mine. Haven't found a hair twin until now.

  • glad i can represent for all my thick coily haired sistaz!!
