Try to negotiate with her usung some merc with high leadership skill (press in order "Friendly, Direct, Direct" and then she'll understand her mistake (you get 10%), then, when she gives you the keys to factory, kill her xD you'll get another 2% ;)

What weapon is Mrs. Animes carrying? Looks like an assault rifle with a Beta C Mag attached. Is she properly trained to carry that?

@gmvoets They actualy don't give shit, beacuse she is one of the "bad" civilians.
They are even happy when they kill them - see what Ira says. The rebels (Ira, Dimitri, Miguel and the fourth worthles guy) attack you if you hurt any civilian on purpose. Same with militia. If you managed to train militia before killing Doreen the militia would acutaly help you.
It's better to kill them, as she leaves key for a locket, where you can find weapons. In some mod you can find the key in one house.

Well I can't pin-point which JA this is (at least not regular JA, JA Deady Games, JA:2, or JA: Unfinished Business - so either a mod (which it seems as it is JA regular map) or JA:Wildfire.
However, you get in (the original game) a reputation improvement for either convincing her to leave and for killing her. Convincing her to leave is actually better for your reputation, but both work (I don't even think mercs complain about it, whereas normally they would when shooting a civilian).

They should make a game where you get trapped in a cave and have to find your way out and then back like normal again.
