  • @xx0ink This one wouldn't do anything for your thighs - the main workout here is the jumping, which is your thighs. I don't know about toning very much, but if you want an exercise for thighs, squats work your thighs. You can combine thighs and calves by standing with your feet apart, squatting so that your thighs are parallel to the ground, without having your knees beyond your feet, and then jumping so that you push off the ground with your toes (that works calves).
