  • I have IBS and food has NOTHING to do with my symptoms. Neither does stress. My symptoms never go away and all these doctors can tell me is to change my diet. I am capable of changing my diet on my own you idiots I don't need a doctor to tell me about what foods to eat. I need a doctor to tell me what is ACTUALLY wrong with me. Unfortunately these doctors are so stupid that they can not figure it out. I do not even know why we have GI doctors because they are so unbelievable useless.
