It is VERY hard to get a 12mph average at a height of only 30'.
Rooftop turbines are even worse.
If you want a turbine that produces energy then you need to put it on a tall tower far above any obstructions.

what is the power production of these? kW per unit?

Today I saw in the news that the plant making these WindSpires in Michigan was going out of business or closing down and laying off the workers. Rooftop wind turbines and solar panels are a better idea anyway, easier to get permitted and installed... Thanks

I appreciate your sales pitch for your kits as an alternative to the Windspire. There are a lot of great renewable energy options out there. Just wanted to let you know that the company that makes the Windspire is not going out of business. We are currently renegotiating the contract with our manufacturing partner in Michigan, which unfortunately required a suspension of production until both sides could reach agreement. Thanks

These are each 1.2kW systems. They will generate about 2000kWh in 12mph average annual winds.
