  • I used to count my chews, too! But I found it really distracts you from having any kind of conversation when eating with others. I can't count and talk at the same time! XD

  • There! I knew you'd take those 2 pounds off quickly! Bravo.

    Also, great tip. I was thinking about that very thing the other day while eating my lunch at the speed of light and half-sitting, as usual. I used to do that 'chew your food 37 times per bite' thing (or whatever the number was... I forget, really), and that really works. Makes you feel goofy, but really works.
